These Terms of Service apply to your use of kdfloral.com and purchases from KD Floral and Gardens ("KD Floral," "we," "us," or "our"). Using our store

You must have legal capacity to make a purchase or permission from a parent or guardian. Provide accurate contact, payment, and delivery information, and keep any account access secure. Prices are shown in U.S. dollars unless otherwise indicated. Applicable taxes and delivery or other charges are shown at checkout before payment. Product availability, pricing, and promotions may change. An automated order confirmation acknowledges receipt of your order; fulfillment remains subject to availability and our ability to complete the order.

If an error or availability issue affects your order, we will contact you to explain the available options. We will not require you to accept a materially different product or higher price without your agreement. If we cannot fulfill an order and no alternative is agreed, we will refund amounts paid for the unfulfilled items and associated charges as applicable.

Flowers and product images

Flowers are natural, seasonal products, and colors, sizes, and appearance can vary. Product photographs illustrate the intended style; an arrangement may not be identical to the photograph. If particular flowers, colors, containers, or other details are essential, contact us before ordering so we can confirm availability. We will contact you about material changes when necessary. Gift product descriptions and any care instructions should be reviewed before purchase.

Local delivery and pickup

Delivery and pickup availability, charges, and dates depend on the location, product, operating hours, and options offered at checkout. Our store serves Bemidji and nearby communities; local delivery is available within our stated service area, generally up to 25 miles from the shop. Same-day delivery requests are generally accepted before 2 p.m. on weekdays, subject to availability, holidays, and operational conditions. Contact us for time-sensitive requests. A requested time is not a guaranteed appointment unless we expressly confirm it.

Please provide a complete, accurate recipient address, phone number, and relevant access or delivery instructions. Hospitals, care facilities, businesses, and funeral venues may have acceptance restrictions. If an address is incorrect, access is unavailable, or a delivery cannot be completed, we will contact you about next steps and any proposed additional charges before arranging further service. For pickup, follow the readiness information provided with your order and contact us if your plans change.

Changes, cancellations, and order concerns

Call us promptly if you need to change or cancel an order. Available options depend on the order's preparation and delivery status; we will confirm what can be done and any applicable charges before making an agreed change. These terms do not establish a blanket no-refund rule or a fixed cancellation deadline.

If an item arrives damaged, incorrect, or otherwise has a quality problem, contact us promptly with your order information and, where possible, photographs so we can assess the issue and explain available remedies. Any product-specific return or refund conditions will be disclosed where applicable. Nothing in these terms limits mandatory consumer rights or remedies under applicable law.

Weddings, events, and custom services

Consultation submissions are requests for discussion and do not reserve a date or create an event booking. A separate accepted quote or agreement may set the scope, deposit, payment schedule, changes, and cancellation terms for an event or custom service. Where such an agreement applies, its specific terms govern that service.

Website content and third-party tools

Our website content, branding, photographs, and designs belong to KD Floral or their respective owners. You may use the website for personal shopping and reference; other reproduction or commercial use requires permission unless permitted by law. Do not submit material that infringes another person's rights.

Our store uses Shopify and may link to payment providers, social platforms, and other third-party services. Their terms may apply when you use those services.
