Refund policy

We want you to be satisfied with your KD Floral and Gardens order. If something is wrong or your plans change, please contact the shop so we can help.

Damaged, incorrect, or unsatisfactory flowers

Contact us promptly after receiving your order and provide your order details, a description of the concern, and photographs where possible. Flowers are perishable, so early contact helps us assess the issue. After reviewing the order, we will explain the available refund, replacement, or other resolution options. Please contact us before disposing of or returning an item when practical.

Gift returns

Contact us before bringing or sending back a gift item. We will review the item, its condition, and the purchase information and confirm whether a return, exchange, or refund is available, along with the return instructions and any applicable conditions. This interim policy does not establish a fixed return window or automatic return fee.

Order changes and cancellations

Call us as soon as possible if you need to change or cancel an order. Available options depend on whether preparation or delivery has begun. We will confirm what is possible and any proposed charges before making an agreed change. There is no automatic cancellation fee under this interim policy.

Approved refunds

If we approve a refund, we will confirm the amount and processing details with you. Refunds are ordinarily made to the original payment method; the time for funds to appear depends on your payment provider. If we cannot fulfill an order and no alternative is agreed, we will refund the amounts paid for unfulfilled items and associated charges as applicable.

Events and your rights

Weddings, events, and custom services may have a separate accepted agreement with specific payment and cancellation terms. Nothing in this policy limits any mandatory consumer rights or remedies under applicable law.
